Payment Advices
Order Regarding Payment Advices to be provided to
the Trustee
The Court has entered a General Order which requires debtors to
provide payment advices to the Trustee Office, and not file them
with the petition. Our office has set up an email box for payment
advices only. Please send payment advices in .PDF format to
paystubs@magtrustee.com.
The email must contain the debtor’s name and case number in the
subject line. The email must be sent upon or close to the filing of
the case so that it can be reviewed well in advance of the 341a
hearing. Although the Standing Order refers to 60 days, since the
calculations are based on 6 months of income, our office would like
proof of the 6 months which was relied upon in preparing the
means test calculation.
