Background:

Prior to her appointment as the Chapter 13 Standing Trustee, Ms. Greenberg was the Supervising Shareholder of the Bankruptcy Practice Area for the law firm, Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C.  She was also the Supervising Shareholder for that firm’s New Jersey Foreclosure Practice Area. 

Prior to her tenure with Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, Ms. Greenberg represented debtors in consumer bankruptcies at the Law Office of Nicholas Fitzgerald. 

Ms. Greenberg was a Barrister of the Bankruptcy Inn of Court from 1996 to 1997.  She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.  She has recently been appointed to serve on the Lawyers Advisory Committee to the Board of Bankruptcy Judges for the District of New Jersey.

Background:

Mr. Petrolino practices in the areas of bankruptcy law and litigation.  Prior to his employ with the Chapter 13 Trustee, Mr. Petrolino had his own law practice representing debtors in area of Consumer Bankruptcy. 

Mr. Petrolino is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, New Jersey Bar Association and New York Bar Association.  He has lectured on numerous occasions in the area of Chapter 13 Administration to attorneys, debtors & court personnel.

Background:

Mr. McDonough practices in the areas of bankruptcy law and litigation.  Prior to his employ with the Chapter 13 Trustee, Mr. McDonough was an associate for the law firm Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C.  Mr. McDonough focused his practice in the area of bankruptcy and foreclosure. 

Prior to his position at Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C. Mr. McDonough represented debtors in consumer bankruptcies at the Law Offices of Stuart D. Gavzy where he also focused on general litigation and estate matters.

Mr. McDonough is a former Law Clerk of the Honorable Joseph F. Scancarella, Civil Presiding Judge for the Passaic County Vicinage of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
